Andrew is a Director at AMC Executive Search bringing nearly 25 years’ experience in executive search across financial services with a focus on the insurance industry. He works with both (re)insurance brokers and underwriters in the London Market, the Americas and EMEA helping to build or launch market leading teams across all lines of business.

Prior to joining AMC he led the insurance practice for a financial services boutique where he worked across a range of projects such as, launching a new reinsurance broker, establishing an MGA and executing searches for clients in most lines of business for brokers and underwriters. Before his transition into the insurance industry he spent a number of years covering global markets for investment banks.

Andrew holds a BA in Business Studies from Oxford Brookes and undertook and MSc in Estate Management.
